<br /> NOY� TH�:�FORE,if said pavr�:er�ts to�e�her with alI moneys advanced by the first paxty for taxes and
<br /> in��axance sh�,ll be fully paid,with interest �hereon according to the tenor and effect of this eon-
<br /> tract,then s�,id deed sh�,Il be delivered;but if said payments or any p�,rt thereof ,or any interest
<br /> thereon shall not be ��,id vahen due,or if the second party shall fail to keep and perform any of
<br /> the covenants or agreerr.ents herein con�ained,then said payments sha11 immediately become due,and
<br /> the first party ---- heirs or assigns shall have the right to cancel this contract at once. .

<br /> a period of three consecutive months,then this contract shall become null and void and cease to

<br /> It is agreed by contracting �arties,that the original copy of this eontract shall b e lef t in eaeraw
<br /> with Dill 8� Huston Co. ,Grand Island,Nebr, , where second �arties are to make their payn�ents each
<br /> month,and in no case ia this contract to be released to parties of the second part,for filing on
<br /> the records ,of Hall Coun-�y,Nebraska.It being mutually a,greed by the contract3.ng parties tha� at
<br /> any time during the life of this contract when the second parties have failed in making their pay-
<br /> ments for three consecut;ive months as ste,ted heretofo�e in this contract,Dill � Huston Co. ,
<br /> is �o surrender -this contract to parties of first �axt for cancellation,and the parties of the
<br /> aecond par�t a�ree herewith to the cancellation of the contract f or cauae stated �,nd also a�ree that
<br /> parties of the first part rn�,y retain all payments made on thia contract as rent for the use of
<br /> ` said property and liquida�ed dama�es sustazned by them,thru the failure of the second par3ties not
<br /> carrying out the specific agreements of this contract.
