<br /> and in our place collect and receipt for said rer�t, at such prices and upon such terma as it may
<br /> - �� � see Pit. It is further expressly stipulated that,if the assignors, or their successors, occupy
<br /> sa�d preni8es during the existence oP said Ioan, the assignee shall ha.ve the same rights of for-
<br /> �e�.ture, e�jectment for f'oreible entry and detainer, as such asai�nee mlght have against any other
<br /> te�ant, 1"d�"10 has no interest or title in and to said premises. The temporary w aiver of the collect;ion
<br /> of the rents shall not be �onstrued as constituting a relinquiahment o� the rights granted hereund�er
<br /> wh�ch rights may be exerciaed at any time during the existence of the above mentioned mortgage or

<br /> This assignment oP rent being made for the express purpose or haming said revenue ap�lied to the
<br /> repa�rment of the above mentioned loan.
<br /> Said Association may, in �.te diecretion, use the rents �o far as� it may deem ne�es9ary, for the
<br /> pu�pose af making such repai2°s upon the premises ae, in ite �udgment, may be proper and may use
<br /> said rente so far as necessary for the payment of inaurance premiume and taxes upon said premises.
<br /> It ' shall also have authority to deduct Prom said rents a fair compensation, to be payable to said
<br /> As�ociation's agents, for services rendered in the colleetion oP said rents; the balance to be
<br /> ap�alied upon the p�yment of monthly installments upon said Ioan.
