<br /> Ben j alni.n F. Taylor was unmarr i ed at th e t ime o f hi s death,and that h e lef t aurviving him no widow,
<br /> and he lef t surviving him as his sole heirs at law,and next of kin,his children e,s follows; �
<br /> A daughter Mary C.Ballinger ,who was also sometimes named as Mary C.Taylor,and Ma,ry C.Taylor BalZir�g-
<br /> er ,and who signed a,n appeaxance and consent in writing to a h�aring on the petition for the probate
<br /> of the will of Benj�,min F, Taylor , d�ceased,bearing date Apri1 7,1�99, as Mary C. Taylor Ballinger,
<br /> and signed the �vaiver a,nd consent to the approval of the final report of the executors of said
<br /> estate filed in said matter on the 21st day of Dece�ber ,1�99 ,as M�„ry C.Ballinger.
<br /> A daughter Nancy A.A'rnold,also sometimes known and named as Nana A.Arnold,and who signed the con-
<br /> sent in writir�g to a hearing on the petition for the probate of the v�ill of Benjamin F, Taylor , �
<br /> deceased,b�aring da-�e April 7,1�99 ,as Nana A.Arnold,and the waiver and consent to the approval of
<br /> the �'inal report of the executors of said estate f iled in said matter on December 21,1�99,as
<br /> Nancy A.Arnold.

<br /> That Benjamin F. Taylor ,decea�ed. left surviving him no other son or daughter ,nor the child or
<br /> children of any deceascd son or daughter;that the said children of the deceas�ed were all of legal
<br /> a,ge at the time of his death.
