<br /> succeasor corporation to th� Faxmer s Educatio nal c� Cooperative Union,be authorized to eatend the
<br /> present mortgage on Lots 1 and 2 in Block 109 ,due July 1,1937,Railroad �ddition to Grand Island,
<br /> 1Vebraska,the said mortga�e being on the elevator property of the Farm�re Union Cooperative Llevator
<br /> Asso etation and at the present time in an amount of �13,500,and that the Pre�ident and $ecreta,ry
<br /> o�' the said Farmers Union Cooper�,tive Elevator Association be authorized. to sign several notee
<br /> and coupons,together with mortga,ge,if necessary,and that the board of dircctors be authorized to
<br /> do all things necessary for th� eatension or ren�wal of said mortga.ge in an amount not to eaceed
