<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That eve, the undersigned, May ard I. phrey a.nd Velma Humphrey
<br /> husband and tirTife, and Mollie L.Turner and James B.Turner, wife and husband, formerly of the County
<br /> of Hall, State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars, as a loar�
<br /> in hand paid to Maynard I.Humphrey by The Equitable Building and Loan AsEOCia�ion, of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, a corporation, and other good and valuable consi3eration, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, do hereby as.sign, transfer and set over to said Association, as collateral security
<br /> for the duration of the lczan, aIl the rents, inco me and proPits accruing upon the following des-

<br /> Grrand Island,Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br /> And w e hereby authorize and empower The Equitable Building and Loan Association, of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, its authorized agents and attorneys, to �.ct for us, and rent the above described premises,
<br /> and in our place collect and receipt for said rent, at such priees and upon such terms as they may
<br /> see fit.
<br /> This assignment of rent being made for the express purpose of having eaid revenue applied to the
<br /> repayment of the above mentioned Ioan.
<br /> Said Association may, in its diseretion, use the rents so far as they may deem necessary, for the
<br /> purnose of making such repairs upon the premises as, in its �udgment, may be proper and may use
<br /> said rents so far as necessary for the payment of insurance premiums and taxes upon said premises.
<br /> It sha11 also have authority to deduct Prom said rents a Pair compensation, to be payable to 8aid
<br /> Aeaociation' s agents, for services rendered in the collection of said rents; the balance to be
<br /> � applied upon the payment of monthly installments upon said loan.
