<br /> THIS INDENTURE OF LEASE, made and entered into as of �he llth day of November, 1936, by and betweet�

<br /> THEATRE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, duly authorized to do business in the State of Nebras�a,

<br /> 1. The Lessors hereby lease to the Lessee the fo�.lowing described real estate situated in the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Ha11. County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The Eas�erly t��o-thirds (2/3) of Lot Six ( 6) in $lock Sixty-five (65) of the Original Tov�m, now
<br /> City, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> together with the building located thereon (such building being now known as the Ma�estic Theatre) ,
<br /> and to�ether tvith the tenements and a�;purtenances thereunto belonging, and together a�ith all the
