<br /> Be it rer�embered that on this 2�th day of August, 1936, th�.t being one of the days of the ��.nuary
<br /> �936 term of District Court in and for Hall County, �Tebraska, held at the Court House ln the City
<br /> of Grand Island be�ore Honorable E.G.Kroger, one �f` the Jud�es of s�.id D3strict Court, the Pollov�ing
<br /> among other proceedings were had in words and figures Pollowing, to-wit;

<br /> Now on this 2�th day of August, 1q36, came the plaintiff in person and by her attorney, Lloyd i�.
<br /> KeIIy, and the dPfendant v�as represented by his attorney, Paul B.Newell, �nd the Court Pinds that
<br /> a voluntary appearance was filed herein.
<br /> Thie cause coming on further for hearing was submitted to the Court on the pleadings and the evidenee
<br /> and the Court, upon cansideration v�hereof, finds that the plaintiff, at the time of filing her
<br /> petition, was a bona-Pide resident of H�,11 County, Nebraska Por more than two (2) years last past,
<br /> immediately preceding the filing of s�.id petition, and that the parties herein were married at
<br /> Smith Center, Kansa� on the 22nd d��.y of �Iay, 1932, as in said petition set forth.
<br /> The Court further finds on the evidence adduced that the defendant, disregarding his marital vows
<br /> and obligations, has utterly r�estroyed the legitimate ob,jects of matrimony and has been guilty o�'
<br /> gross and extreme cru�lty towarda the plaintiff in tha.t he has wholly failed, neglected and refused
<br /> to support the plaintiff, and that by reason of the Pore�oing acts the plaintiff is entitled to an
<br /> absolute divorce as prayed for.
<br /> The Court further Yinds that there is one child the issue of this marriage, to-wit; Rita Marie Hi11,
<br /> of about the age of 20 montha, and that the care, custody a,nd control of said minor child should
<br /> be awarded to the plaintiff, and that the father of said minor child shall be allowed to visit said
<br /> child �wice a month, at some reasonable hour and place. The Court further finds th�t the household
<br /> goods and Purniture should be aNarded to the plaintiff.
<br /> The Court further Pinds tYiat the plaintiff i� entitled to the sum of �25.�0 per month Por the first
<br /> six months, payable on the first day of each and every month, �20.00 per month for the next six
<br /> months, payable on the first day of e�.ch and every month, and �15.00 per month on the first day oP
<br /> each month thereafter until the child ia 16 years old, or the further order of the Court. The
<br /> Court further Pinds that the pla.intiff should be awarded the sum of �50.00; as attorney �'ee to be
<br /> paid to Lloyd W.KeI1y, to be taxed as part of the costs of said case.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDEr'tED, ADJUi�GED AIVD DECREED BY THE COURT that. the marriage contract heret�fore
<br /> exiating between Edna Hill and James Hill be, and the same is, hereby diasolved and both parties
<br /> are wholly relea�ed from the obligations of the same, said divorce to become absolute six months
<br /> from the date of this decree, unless set aside by the Court or appeal taken; that the care, custody
<br /> and contr .ol of said minor child, Rita Marie HiII, is hereby awarded to the plaintiff and that the
<br /> defendant may be allowed to visit said minor child twice a month at some reasonable hour and place:;
<br /> that the deYendant be required to pay to the Clerk of the District Court oP Hall County,. Nebraska,
<br /> for the supnort of said minor child, the elzm oP �25.00 per month for the first six month4, payable
<br /> on the first d��.y of each and every month, �20.00 per month for the next six months, payable on the
<br /> first da,y of ea.ch and every month and �I�j.00 per month on the first day oP each and every da�y there-
<br /> aPter until the said child is 16 years of age, or the further order of the Court; that the dePendant
<br /> be ordered to pay to Lloyd V�_.Kelly the sum of �50.00 as attorney fees, to be taxed as part of the
<br /> coGtG of this a etion, which said costs are hereby taxed to the defendant.
