<br /> Should the title of this Ieasehold at anZ� time during its life become severed from the title tv
<br /> the abutting land, then this lease shall become ipso facto full and void. Any sale or conveyance
<br /> - of suctl abutting land sha7.I carr� with it said leasehold estate and the purchaser or grantee shall
<br /> become bound by the �erms hereof as fully as the ariginal Lessee. The Lessee ie also to notiPy
<br /> the Lessor of any transfer of the title of the abutting property owned by the Lessee.
<br /> A$ a consideration Por this lease the Leasee is to pay in ad�ance to the Lessor One DoZlar, to
<br /> pay aIl taxes and assessments levied upon the leased premises during the continuance oP this lease,
<br /> not including �axes or assessments levied against the leased premises as a component part of the
<br /> railroad property oP Lessor in the stt�te as a whole; to plow and maintain upon the outer boundary
<br /> of Les�or's 400 foot right oP way, or as near thereto as practicable, a f ireguard a� least six
<br /> Peet wide; to keep the leased premises free from c�mbustible material; to plant no treea or
<br /> shrubbery, and to erect no structures thereon; to put nothing upon the leased premises which mi�ht
<br /> obstruct or interfere with the view. Lessor reserves the right to ta.ke temporary or permanent �
<br /> possegsi�n of all or any portion oP the leased premises whenever their use may become nece$sary o�
<br /> expedient, in the �judgr,�ent of the Lessor, for railroad purposes,: i.neluding the location of publie
<br /> or private warehouses, elevr�tora, or other industries with the design to Pacilitate and promote
<br /> traffic, or for, or�_in connection with, drilling for or mining of oil, gas, coal or other mineral�

<br /> 2his leaae is sub�ect to all outstRnding superior rights, includin�; those in favor of telegraph a�d
<br /> telephone companies and Yor public highway purposes. IP by reason of a line change, or otherwise�
<br /> the title of the Lessor shal.l cease bePore the expiration of the ter� above provided, or if the
<br /> leaain� of the above described premises is held to be , or shoul.d become, inconsi�tent with the
<br /> Ia�v o� the land, this 2ease shall thereupon terminate. The Lessee shall have the right to caneel ;
<br /> this lease at any time upon 30 days � written notice.
<br /> This lease is to become null. and void upon the fall.ure of Leasee to keep any oP the conditione
<br /> hereof and is not to be aesigned without the written consent of the Lessor. The Lessee will sur-
<br /> render peaceable possession of said premises at the expiration of this Iease.
<br /> It is understooed that all covenants and agreements herein recited are made b.y the parties hereto
<br /> for, and shall be binding upon, themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, succesaors
<br /> and agsigns.
