<br /> station ir� the Tv�vn oP �tood River, Hall County, Nebraeka, and in said lease the real estate was
<br /> de8cribed ae:
<br /> M'l,All of Bloek Fifteen (15) Brett's AdditSon to the Town oP t�ood River, Hall Caunty, Nebraska;
<br /> and,
<br /> 9GHEREAS, it devel4ped that the aaid desaription was inaccurate and incorrect and that it was nee-
<br /> essary for the Lesaors to bring a lawsuit to quiet title to the property whieh they intended to
<br /> lease; and,
<br /> qPHEREAS, the said lawauit is now terminated and it is deaired by both parties to correct the
<br /> desaription in said lease eo that said descriptio� may aecurately describe the property actually
<br /> in the poese.ssion of Lesaee: and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said ori�inal lease dated �etober �th, 1934, aontained an Inventory o� equipment to be
<br /> turned over to Lessee; .and,
<br /> WHEREAS, since the execution of the lease certain items in eaid inventory have beer� returned to
<br /> Leseor: .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the payment of rentals by Leasee to Lesaor,
<br /> it is agreed by and betweer� the parties hereto ae followa:
<br /> let. That the description in said lease da.ted Oetober �th, 1934 should be amended so that it will
<br /> read as Pollows:
<br /> pPart of Lot Fifteen (15) in Brett's Addition to the Village oP �tood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> more particularl� described as follo�rs: viz: beginnln� at a point on the north line of said Lot
<br /> Fifteen (15) , 5eventy-Pour and 6/lOths (7�-.6) feet west o� the original east oint of said Lot,
<br /> thence running west along the north line oY said Lot �ne Hundred Forty (1�+0.�� feet, thenee run-
<br /> ning south parallel to the west Iine oP said Lot Fifty-one and 9/lOths (51.9) �'eet to the northerly
<br /> line of the tra,ct conveyed to the State oP Nebraska, by deed reeorded in Hook 71 at page 6�5 of the
<br /> Deed Records oP Hall County, Nebraaka, running thence northeasterly along the northerly line of
<br /> said tract One .Hundred Forty-ei�ht and 1/lOth (1�-E�.1) Peet, more or less, to the place of beginr�img.
<br /> 2nd, That Lessor aeknowledgea the return of Four (�+) 30-gallon Hiboys and re2leves the Lesaee .
<br /> from further responsibility as to such Hiboye. .
<br /> 3rd. That thia supplement shall constitute a part oP s�,id original lease dated �etober �th,193�F.
