<br /> optlon and prieilege of purchasin� the above descrlbed premises and all improvements, buildings,
<br /> structures, equipment, appliances, furniture, fixtures, unloading raeks and unloading Paeilities
<br /> for the agreed sum and purehase price of TF1�T TH�USAND & N�/1�Oths (�10,000.00) DOLL�ARS, in cash at
<br /> any time during the term oP thie Zease; and, in the event Leasee shall elecst to exereise the option
<br /> herein granted by Lessor it shall give to Leeaor notice in writ�ng at least-THIRTY (30) DAYS, pri4r
<br /> to the expiration of the term, oP such election, and Lessor shall within Fifteen (15) days, after the
<br /> receipt oP such notice, at its expense, furniah to Lessee an Abatract oF Title, to said premises
<br /> beginning with the Government �rant and QertiYied down to the date -oP the exercise oY said option,
<br /> showing a fee simple title without 13ens or eneumbraneea, in Lessor, and further Yurnish proof that
<br /> all improvementa, buildin�s, $tructures, equipment, �,ppliances, furniture and Pixtures are all fully
<br /> paid for and that there are no liens or enaumbrances against the same, and upon payment oY the a�reed
<br /> price hereir� designated, in cash deliver to Lessee or its nominee a properly exeauted general war—
<br /> ranty deed for said demieed premises and aIl the improvements and appurtenanees thereon situated
<br /> c�nveying the title hereinbefore apecified to Leasee and ahall Further deliver a properly executed
<br /> b1I1 of $a1e with full warranties to include such peraonalty on the demised premises. Said pureha,ae
<br /> shall serve to concel the within lease in all partiQUlars and any aums which may have been paid to
<br /> Lessor, ae advarice rentals on said premises, Por a period oP the term subaequent to date of delivsry
