<br /> fulfilled and performed, Lessee shall lawfully and peaceably have, hald, posaess, use and occupy
<br /> the premisee and pro�erty hereby leased during the term hereby granted, or any extension thereof,
<br /> without any hindrance, disturbance or molestation Yrom Leasor; and Leasor hereby ararrants and
<br /> defends to Lessee against the lawPul claims oP all persons whomsoever the pr�mises and property
<br /> hereby granted. Lessor Purther covenants and agrees that, �lthout Lessee 's cpnsent, it wi21 not
<br /> use or permit to be used for the storage, sale, distrlbution, or advertisement oY petroleum producta
<br /> any premises owned or contrulled by Leesor ad�acent to the premises covered hereby.
<br /> During the term of this Iease the Leesor covenante and agrees to pay all general and special taxe�
<br /> levied and assessed, or charged, against said premises or the property oP Leasor situated thereon.
<br /> Lessee agrees to pay all such taxes on the equipment and property belonging to it, or placed by it, ,
