<br /> Said Associatfon may, in its discretion, use the rents so far as necessary for the purpose vf mak-•
<br /> ing such repairs upon the premises as, in its �udgment, may be proper and may u4e aaid rents so
<br /> far as necessary for the payment of insurance premiums and taa�es upon said premises, or any other
<br /> payments to be made by us under the terme of the bond and mortgage above mentioned, the balance ta
<br /> be applied unon the payment of monthly dues, interest and fines on said certificate and loan.
<br /> This as9lgnment and transfer of rents and revenue to be absolute to the extent of the total oP the
<br /> pa,yments mentioned from and after thi� date. F�ortgagee shall a.ccount only for net rents a�.d profits
<br /> collected and not f�r the reasonable rental value of said premises if not actually realized.
