<br /> re�t, either monthly, quarterly or yearly, ae they may see fit.
<br /> This assignment of rent being made for the express purpose of b�ing applied tn paymenta of princip�.l
<br /> and interest on a loan o� SIX HUNDRED FOUR AND 0�/100 DOLLARS (�60�.4�) , made to us afl the above
<br /> described property by the said C & G FINANCE COD�PANY.
<br /> Said C & G FINANCE COMPANY may, in its discretion, use the rents so far as �ecessary �'or the
<br /> purpose of making auch repairs upon the premiaes as, inQits �udgment, may be proper and may use
<br /> eaid rent� ao far as necessary for the payment of insur�.nce premiuma and ta.xeg upon said premises,
<br /> the balance to be applied upon the payment of principa7, and interest. .
<br /> Thi$ asaignment and transPer oP rents and revenue to be absolute to the extent of principal and
<br /> interest on said loan until the time �vhen said loan shall be fully paid or this instrument .canceled
<br /> by the C & G FZNANCE COMPANY.
