<br /> County since �915, and has been we12 and personally acquainted with Georg Valerius, who died May "
<br /> 23, 1923, and with membera of hi.s Pamily, a1.1 of whom have been residents of Hall County f'or many
<br /> yea�s ; that it was the praetice oP the said Georg Valerius to spell and sign his Pirst name C#eorQ„
<br /> rather than in the more common manner (George) ; that the Geor e Valerins who was named a.s arantee
<br /> under a certain warranty deed dated August 1�, 1904, recorded in Book 3, Fage 165, of the Deed
<br /> Records of Hall County, Nebraska, under whieh title to Lot g, in Block 1�, Arnold & Abbott�s
<br /> Addition, was conveyed to him, and the Georg Valerius whose estate aas probated in the County
<br /> Court oP Hall County, Nebraska,, in 1923, and who died siezed of the above-deseribed property,
<br /> were one and the same persons natwithstanding the seeaing discrepancy in namea.
<br /> This affiant further atates that aatie Valerius Ryan, a da.ughter, named in the will and decree of�
<br /> probate of (�eorg Va�.erius Estate, and 1Cate A.I�yan, who is na,med as Grantee under a certain quit
<br /> claim deed dated June 11, 1930, and recorded in Book 72, Page I2�, of Deed Recorde of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, is o�e and the same person notwithstandin� the �eeming discrepaney 3n names..
<br /> That Barbara Va3erius Bigley who was the grantor under a certain warranty deed dated dune 5, 1924�
<br /> and reeorded in Book 62, �age 671, of the Deed Records of Ha1.1 County, Nebraska, is one and the
<br /> same person as Barbara Bigley named as grantee under warranty deed da.�ed October l�, 1923, and �
<br /> recorded in Book 61, Fage 670, of the Deed Recorde of Hall County, Nebraeka, not�ithstanding the
<br /> seeming disarepancy in names.
