<br /> per cubic yard for gravel otherwise shipped, as herein set �orth, shall be paid each calendar mon h
<br /> ' within thirty days after the expiration of eaid month, and any amount accruing as mintmum annual �

<br /> ; payment for any lease year shall be payable within thirty day� after the expiration of euch year. �
<br /> `' As to sand and gravel removed �rom the premises by railroad, payment shall be made on the basie o

<br /> ':� It is mutually agreed, and it is one of the considerations for this lease, that the Gravel Corpor;�

<br /> � ation may at any time on or after April 15, 194�, terminate this lease and all future liability �:�
<br /> ; hereunder, should it in its �udgment find it inexpedient or undesirable to carrq on further grave�
<br /> iioperations on the leased premises; by $iving 3 months � notice of said election so to terminate. �
