<br /> WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br /> secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br /> execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on March 16 , 1990, and
<br /> identified as Document No. 90-101447, conveying to Trustee,
<br /> Trustee' s successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br /> described in said Deed as follows, to-wit :
<br /> Lots One (1) , Three (3) , Five (5) , Seven (7) , Nine (9) , Eleven
<br /> (11) , Thirteen (13) , Fifteen (15) , Sev2nteen (17) and Nineteen
<br /> (19) , in Foster' s Subdivision of Wood Lawn Subdivision, a part
<br /> of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/,NEl/) and
<br /> part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> (NE1/SE%) of Section Twenty-four (24) , Township Ten (10) North,
<br /> Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> excepting a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Warranty
<br /> Deed in Book 116, Page 189, in the Register of Deeds Office,
<br /> and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br /> Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br /> of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br /> described be now released to said Trustors .
<br /> THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br /> and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br /> and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br /> above-described Deed of Trust, together wit 11 appurtenances and
