<br /> 2his day came the petitioner, the United States of America, by Charles E.Sandall, its attorne ,
<br /> and havin� paid into the Re�istry. of this Court the sum of �'hirty Five Thousand �hree Hundred
<br /> and Nineteen Dollars and Seventy-four Cents (�35�37.9.74) , the ag�regate of the several awards
<br /> rendered by the appraisers for the ta.king of the property described below, and interest there n
<br /> at � p er cent f rom the date of said award, December 11, 1931, to September 16, 1932, the date
<br /> that payment thereof was certified by the Comptroller General of the United States, the in-
<br />� terest being co�rputed at 4 per cent instead of 6 per cent pursuant to Public Act No.212, 72nd
<br /> t�ongress, approved June 30, 1932; and the petitioner moved the Court to .make the final order
<br /> and decree vesting title to said property in the United States of America in fee simple; and
<br /> this Court having, heretofore on the 9th day of July, 1932, entered an amended decree wherebq
<br /> title to said property should vest, in fee simple, in the United States of America, _on paymen
<br />' therefor inta the Registry of this Court ae aforesaid;
