<br /> in its own name by suit or suits at law for the recovery of said rent or for the recovery of

<br /> This assignment of rent is being made for the express purpose of having the rent collected
<br /> hereunder applied to p�,yments of princip$1, interest �,nd finea on the loan of �2150.00 abane
<br /> described, as a.�r�ed by us to be paid in the bond eaecuted by us to said Association in the
<br /> sum of �2150.00 and the real estate mortgage on the property above described securing said
<br /> bond.
<br /> Said Association may, in its discretion, use the rents so far as necessary for the purpose of
<br /> making such repairs upon the premises as , in its judgment , may be pxoper and may use said rent
<br /> �o far as necessary for the payment of insurance premiums and taxes upon said premises , or an
<br /> other payments to be made by us under the terms of. the bond and mortgage above mentioned, the
<br /> balance to be applied upon the payment of monthly dues , in�erest and fines on sa.id eertificat
<br /> and loan.
<br /> This assignment and transfer of rents and revenue �o be absolute to the eatent of the total o
<br /> the payments above mentioned from and after this date.
