It was moved and carri <br /> that this matter be axbitrated and that Mr.Merrick select someone as his arbitrator and Board <br /> appointed Mr.A.F.Buechler and these two arbitra�ors to select the third man and hea.r a11 <br /> evidence in �his matter and whatever deciaion was rendered by the three arbitrators would be <br /> satisfactory to either side. _ <br /> The folZowing reaoZution was unanimously adopted: <br /> The und�rsigned Directors of the _(7entral Nebraska Agrieultural Association recommend to the <br /> �tochholders Meeting the following: IN AS AlNCH as indebtedness amounting to close to eighteen <br /> Thousand Dollars (�1�,000) is now accumulated against the Fair Association and TN A8 1�UCH as <br /> it seems to be imposeible to finance this indebtedness in the usual manners , and IN AS MUCH <br /> ' as it is the desire of these direc�or.s that al� creditors of the aseociation be paid in full <br /> or as near in fu11 as poset�ble. <br /> �E,THEREFORE recommend �o the Stockholder�.s MEeting to pass a resolution impowering its offic <br /> - <br /> to hald an auction for the premises own�d by the Association and offer at public auction the <br /> property in as man� different ways as the officers find suitable, sueh as the Zand separate <br /> and the buildings separate and i� necessary,a portion of the land s;�garate and the balanee <br /> separate.
