<br /> LEO M. ADAMS, joined by his spouse, SHIRLEY H. ADAMS, GRANTOR, �
<br /> in consideration of One Dollar ($1. 00} and other vaivable
<br /> consideration, grants and quitclaims to GRANTEE, DR. LEO M. ADAMS
<br /> AND SHIRLEY H. ADAMS, as trustees of the LEO M. ADAMS TRUST DATED
<br /> NOVEMBER 27, 1991, including all amendments thereto (the "Trust" ) ,
<br /> and successors in trust, the grantor' s entire right, title and
<br /> interest in and to the following described real property:
<br /> Lot Z, Block 9, West View Addition to City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known as 708 N.
<br /> Custer, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, Packer and Barr 's Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly
<br /> known as 1917 W. Faidley Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> Grantor represents and warrants :
<br /> No person contracting with the trustee shall be obligated to
<br /> (a) see to the application of any payment made to the trustee, (b)
<br /> see that the terms of the Trust have been complied with, (c)
<br /> inquire into the necessity or propriety of any act of the trustee,
<br /> or (d) inquire into any of the terms of the Trust.
<br /> Any deed conveyance or other instrument ("such deed" } exeeuted
<br /> by the trustee shall be conclusive evidence in favor of any person
<br /> relying on or claiming under such deed, that (a} at the time of
<br /> delivery thereof the Trust was in full force and effect, (b) such
<br /> deed was executed in accardance with the trusts, conditions, terms
<br /> and limitations contained in the trust and authorized and empowered
<br /> to execute and deliver such deed and (d) if such deed is executed
<br /> by a successor trustee, that such successor has been duly appointed
<br /> and is fully vested with the entire right, title, interest, powers
<br /> and authorities vested in sueh successor's predecessor trustee.
<br /> This Correction Deed in Trust is executed and filed to correct
<br /> the date of the LEO M. ADAMS TRUST in the Deed in Trust f iled as
<br /> Document No. 96-102788 in the Office of the Hall County Register of
<br /> Deeds.
