<br /> consideration of Twenty Four Hundred & no/].00 DOLLARS, to us as a loan in hand paid by the
<br /> DAVID CITY BUILDING A�TD LOAN ASSOCIATTON, of David City, Butler County, State of Nebraska, and
<br /> other ood and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby �

<br /> security for said loan, for so long as said loan or any part thereof remains unpaid, the rents

<br /> Island, Nebraska, described as follovas ; Commencing at a point 33 feet East and 140 f eet North �°
<br /> of the Southwest corner of said Sub-division to an iron pin, thence North 140.5 f eet parallel �
<br /> to the center line of the Bt.Pau1 Road to an iron pin, being 33 f eet East of the Northwest cor - \
<br /> er of said Subdivision, thence East at righ� angles 237 feet to an iron pin, thence south at �
<br /> ri�ht anglea 140.5 feet to an iron pin, thence �Pest 237 feet to the place of beginning.
<br /> And we hereby authorize and empower the DAVID CI`PY BUIL�JING AND LOA1V ASSOCIATION, its author-
<br /> �zed a.gents and attorneys to act for us, and rent the �above described premises or any part
<br /> thereof , and in our place collec� and receipt for said rent either monthly, quarterly or yearl
<br /> as they may see fit , and in d ef ault of the payment of �aid rent or any part thereof to proceed
<br /> in its own name by suit or suits at law for the recovery thereof in such manner as it shall
<br /> deem fit. __
<br /> This assignment of rent is being made for the express purpose of having the rent collected
<br /> hereunder applied to payments of principal, interest and fines on the loan of �2400.00 above
<br /> described, as agreed by us to be paid in the bond executed by us to said As�ociation in the
<br /> sum of �24-00.00 and the real estate mortgage on the property above described securing said bon . .
<br /> 8aid Association may, in its discretion, use the rents so far as necessary for the purpose of
<br /> makin such re airs unon the premi�es as, in its judgment , may be �roper and may use said rent

<br /> so far as necessary for the payment of insurance premiums and taxes upon said premises, or an
<br /> other payments to be made by us under the terms of� the bond and mortgage above mentioned, the
<br /> balance to be appSied upon the payment of monthly dues , interest and fines on said certific�,t

<br /> This assignment and transfer of rents and revenue to be - absolute to the extent of the total o
