<br /> And we hereby authorize and empovaer the UNION LOAN AND -SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, its authorized
<br /> agents and attorneys to aet for us, and rent the above described premises or any part �hereof ,
<br /> and in our place collect and receipt for said rent, either monthly, quarterly or yearly, as th y
<br /> may see fit , and in default of the payment of said rent or any pa,rt thereof to proceed in its
<br /> own name b,y suit or suits at law for the recovery of said rent or for the recovery of the pos-
<br /> session of sai.d premises in such manner as it shall deem fit.
<br /> This assi�nment of rent is being made for the express purpose of having the rent colleeted
<br /> hereunder applied to payments of principal, interest �.nd fines on the loan of �1�50.00 above
<br /> described, as agreed by us to be paid in the bond executed by us to said Association in the
<br /> sum of �1�50.00 and th e real estate mortga,ge on the property abo�;e described securing said
<br /> bond. -
<br /> $aid Association may, in itB discretion, use the rents so far as necessary for the purpose of
<br /> making sueh repairs upon the premises as, in its judgment, may be proper and may use said
<br /> rents so far as necessary for the payment of insurance premiumB and taxes upon �aid premiees,
<br /> �- ,
<br /> or any other payments to be made by us under the terms of �he bond and mortga�e mentioned, the
<br /> balanee to be applied upon the payment of monthly duee , interest and fines on $aid certificate
<br /> and loan.
<br /> This aesignment and trangfer of rents and revenue to be absolute to the extent of the total of
<br /> , the payments above mentioned from and after this date.
