<br /> of deeds of Ha11 County on the 7th day of May, 1925, and was recorded in Book 61 of Mort�ages

<br /> Plaintiff alleges that �here is due upon the note which said mortgage deed was given to secur�
<br /> the su� of TEN THOUSAND 'TWO HU�tDRED FIFTY (�10,250.00) DOLLARS, to�ether with interest thereon
<br /> at : the rate of ten per cent per annum from the let day of Novemb�r,1931, and the further Bum
<br /> far taxes as alleged in plaintiff� s petition. Plaintiff asks that the aame may be deelared
<br /> a lien upon the said premises and that said premises may be sold to s��isfy the s�.me.
