Said auto-mobile is subject to a lien of �305.00 at thia time. � On the 7th day of July, the second party will pay �50.00 hereon, and on the 7th day of each month following, a like sum shall be paid, until this contract is paid out. On the znd da.y of October,1931, the sum of �100.00 sha11 be paid to apply hereon. The second party a�rees to apply for a Ioan on said premisee from eome Building & Loan Assoeiation, for an amount between �2500.00 and �3000.00, and when such application has �been a.pproved, he shal make, the payment of whatever that loan may come to and apply the same on thie contra,ct. Al1 deferred paymentg sha11 draw interest at the rate of 6� per annum. All rents accruing on eaid premises shall be paid first party in the reduction of the purchase price here�4n. An abstract of title showing marketable title to said premises shall be furnished second party when deed is offered. Second party sha11 carry insurance a�ainet loss by fire and wind etorm in the sum of �3000.00, which shall be made payable to the partiee hereto in proportion to their respective interests. Possession to be given when second party has �made the first payment of �50.00.
