<br /> Joseph L.9woboda of Grand Island, Nebraska, party of the first part, and Ma,rgaret Carter, of
<br /> Lincoln, Nebraska, p�.rty of the second part, WITNFS3ETH:
<br /> That, V�HEREAS, the said party of the first part and the party of the seeond pa-rt have mutuall

<br /> WHEREAS, the p�,rty of the first part is tne owner of certain property in his own right and ma
<br /> herea,fter come into possession and ownership of other property, all of which it is desixed an
<br /> hereby a�reed eha21 in no manner be effected by the conswnmation of the marria.ge between the
<br /> parties hereto, but shall at a11 times be and remain the sole and separate property of the

<br /> each separately waive, release and forever discharge the property and estate of each other
<br /> f rom any and all claim, right, title, homestead or other interest , either at laA or in equity,
<br /> to v�hich either of the parties hereto would otherwise be entitled to receive or to claim as th
<br /> husband or wife of the other., so that each �arty hereto shall not file any claim a,$ainst the
<br /> property of the other either while living or against the �state of said party after death.
