<br /> That, V�HEREAS, the said party of the first part and the party of the seeond pa-rt have mutuall

<br /> WHEREAS, the p�,rty of the first part is tne owner of certain property in his own right and ma

<br /> each separately waive, release and forever discharge the property and estate of each other
<br /> f rom any and all claim, right, title, homestead or other interest , either at laA or in equity,
<br /> to v�hich either of the parties hereto would otherwise be entitled to receive or to claim as th
