<br /> damages if not mutually agreed upon, to be ascertained and determined by three disintereated
<br /> pereons, one thexeof to be a.ppointed by the said grantor , heire or assigns, one by the said
<br /> grantee, euccessore or assigne, and the �hird bp the two ao appointed ae aforesaid, and the
<br /> a�ard of three such persona shall be final and conclusive and no action ehall be bro.ught or

<br /> 6th p� M� with in�res� and egres� to and from thesame. The said grantoz , heire or aesigns, to
<br /> fully use and en�oy the sa.i.d premises, except for the pur�oses hereinbefore granted to the
<br /> said �rantee, who here�y a�rees to paq any damages which mr�y arise to crope and fences �from
