<br /> WITNE9SETH: Th�.t the party of the first part agrees to sell and conveq unto the paxty of the
<br /> second part the f ollowing described real estate, for the purpose of ri�ht of way for Federal
<br /> and State Aid road, known ae Project 3, in coneideration whereof the party of the second part
<br /> agrees to pay to the party of the first part, the sum of Three hundxed s�venty-five(�375.00)
<br /> as payment in full for aIl dama�es sustained by reason of eatablishment of said road, payment
<br /> to be made by voucher again�t the 8tate of Nebraska, approved for payment by the proper office

<br /> Th� real estate mentioned above is described for the purpose of this contract ,as follows:

<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> If any crop dama�e the state will be liable for same.
<br /> The party of the first part agreee to, give poseession and allow the party of the second part
<br /> to enter upon said land. immediately upon the signing of this contract , and a.grees to remone
<br /> - f ence or fences in sufficient time to allow the contractors to begin work without delay. The
<br /> party of the first part also agrees to furnish warranty deed to eaid real estate as soon as
<br /> correct descrip�ion is ob�ainable.
