<br /> � costs the�eaf to be borne by the parties of the second pa.rt, the said parties hereby mutu�.l.l�r
<br /> agrre that said �evner ma.y be installed upon the following terms and conditions,to—wit:
<br /> � Second parties a.�ree to m�.in�ain sa.id sewer at their o�vn. expense and to hold the party� of the
<br /> firat part free from an� damagea by reason of the breakage thereof, or otherwise,
<br /> - 8econd parties agree that if the first party_or his a�signs or �ran�ees shou].d ever desire to �

<br /> ierect a build.ing and install a basement on �.id premises �ith which the aaid sewer would in any
<br /> manner in�erfere th�,t �he said second parties will, at their own expense,upon thirty days
<br /> written notice rernove s�,id sewer from s aid premiees and install the same outside of the Lot
<br /> line of the �asterly side of the premises of the firs� party� or v�ill place the same at a depth
<br /> undersa.id basement so th�,t the same will not interf ere with the construction or use of a base—
<br /> merl� , the said removal to be made b� the parties of the second part or their assigns or gr��,te B

<br /> � It is further a,greed that so long as said sewer does no� interfere with the construction or us
<br /> of the gasement on said premises the same shall be permitted to remain as constructed on said
<br /> Lot wi�hout charge or expense,but that second parties for themselves, their .heirs, assigns, a

<br /> grantees agree to remove said sewer upon notice by the party of the first part, his assigns o
<br /> � �r�.ntees if the same shall interf ere in any manner with the use and construction or the basem t ,

<br /> This contract and agreement shall be binding on the heirs, executors and administrators of th �I
