<br /> FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of ONE DOL,LAR, to us in hand paid, receipt of which is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration of fifty cents per rod for each line, to
<br /> be paid when such gr�,nt shali be used or occupied, �Pilliam Blaise do-- hereby grant to
<br /> NEBRASKA NATURAL GAS COMPANY, its successors or assigns, the right-of-way to lay, maintain,
<br /> alter, repair, operate, remove and relay parallel and other pipe lines for the transportatio
<br /> of oil or gas, on, over and through certain lands situate in Hall County, State of Nebraska,
<br /> described as follows: Northe�,st Quarter of Section Thirty five, (35) , Township Eleven, (11) ,
<br /> North Ra,nge Nine, (�) , l�est of ,the Sixth P.M. with ingress and egress to and from the same.
<br /> The said grantor , heirs or assigns, to fully use and enjoy the said premises, except for the
<br /> purposes hereinbefore granted to the said grantee, who hereby agrees to pay any damages
<br /> which may arise to crops and fences from the laying, maintaining and operating said lines;
<br /> said damages if not mutually agreed upon, to be ascertained and determined by three d.isin-
<br /> -�erested persons , one thereof to be appointed by the said grantor, heirs or assigns , one by
<br /> the said grantee, succe�sors or assigns , and the �hird by the two so appointed as aforesaid,
<br /> and the �,ward of thxee such persons shall be final and conclusive and no action shall be
<br /> �
<br /> brou�ht or maintained for damages until the amount thereof shall have been determined as
<br /> above provided.
