<br /> jointly xith the first party, its assigns or lessees for the purpose of loading and unloading ;;

<br /> Tt is further agreed that first party enters into this agreement and lease because of the ;
<br /> personal a�a.nagement of the business of second partp by John Torpep and Clyde Scott,now the '
<br /> owners of said second party,and it is agreed that in the event eaid John Torpey and Clyde

<br /> Scott in any manner depose of their stock in said second party,or the ownership af said sec_ ,
<br /> ond party is obtair�ed by parties other than said John Torpey and Clyde 9cott,then this lease ,;
<br /> and agreemente $hall immediately terminate and first party shall have immediate possession
<br /> of the premises herein described. Said first party enters into this lease upon the under- :

<br /> standing that said John Toxpey and Clyde Scott slaall continue in the ownership and acti�e
