<br /> any irlterest in the south half of Lot 2� of Frank P. Bark� s Subdivision No. 2,of part of the eai�t

<br /> And this cause coming on further to be heard,v.pon the petition of t he plaintiff and the
<br /> evidenee introduced in support thereof,was submitted to the Court,and the Court ,being fully
<br /> �.dvised in the premisea,finds that the facts stated in plaintiff� s petition are true; th�.t
<br /> �laintiff is the o�rner o� the fee simple title to said premises and is in actual possession a;�d
<br /> occupancy thereof,and that plain�iff and her immediate grantors 'have been in the active,open,,
<br /> notorious,continuous,exclusive,visible,peaeeable,undisturbed,and adverse possession and occupj� ,
<br /> ancy of said premises,under claim of oeaner�hip thereof,for more than ten years last pas�,
<br /> and that plaintiff is entitled to the relief asked in her petition:
