<br /> �ra.vel, fishin� and ice privileges of the lake in L�,keview Park, situated in the Xest Iialf of
<br /> ' Section 15, Town�hip 11� North� of Range 9, �D'est, in Hall County, �ebraska, Rhich lake is about
<br /> 7 acr�s in extent �.nd has been stocked by the o�ners with v�,rious kinds of fish; and, svhereas, :
<br /> the party of the second part is desirous of securin� from the party of the first part the �x-
<br /> clusive ri�ht to fish in gaid lake during the seasons af 1919, 1920 and 1921:
<br /> NOW� TI�REFORF� in consideration of the covenants, hereinafter set forth, to be kept and
<br /> performed by the party of the second p�rt, the party of the first part hereby grants to the
<br /> party of tn� second' part and to its �embers the exclusive xight to fish in said lake during the
<br /> ' fishing sera,sons of 1819, 192k� and 1921.
<br /> IN CONSIDERATIa�T WHFREOF. the party of ths second part hereby agrees to �ay to the party
<br /> of the first part for said privileges� hereinbefore set forth, the sum of Sixty Dollara (�60.00)
<br /> for each year, gayable on or before the first day of A�il, 1919, 1920 and 1921.
<br /> � IT IS FURTI-�P AGREED between the parties hereto tha,t the membership of said club shall not

<br /> : exceed twenty (20): �,nd that said club shall formulate rule� governing the eonduct of ite membex�,
<br />' � while on the prerr�ises �bove 3escribed, and while fishing; which rules shall conform, 3n all re-
<br /> i; sFects, to the fishing laws of the State of Nebraska. �aid ru].�es shall, also, provide that no
<br /> children shall be permitted on said premise�s,, unless accompanied by the father, �vho is a member �
<br /> i' of the fishin� club.
<br /> ; IT IS FUR'T�R AGRFED between the parties hereto that they �rill use their best efforts to
<br /> ' prevent �,ny individual or individuals, who t�re not members of the club, from fishing in said
<br /> � lake during the time herein expressed; and the said second party �.nd its members agree to use
<br /> � their best effort$ to keep trespassers off said groperty at �11 times, to keep the gates� lead-
<br /> i ing to said �remises�. c�osed, and to hold the said party of the first part and the owners a�
<br /> ' said premises hs.rmless from all damages, which may be sustained through the negligence of the
<br /> ! party af the second part or any of its members. And th�,t the party of the second part and its
<br /> � members agree not to destr. oy or distu�.b, in any manner, the property of the party of the first

<br /> IT IS UNDFRSTOOD AND AGRFED between tne �iar'ties hereto that the lake is leased for sand
<br /> and �ravel privileges; �.nd that the Ies�ee is operating a suction dredge therein; that high
<br /> tension wir�s are strung alon� the south side of said lake for said purposes r�nd, hence. are
<br /> dangerous; tha,t said lake is deep in places; and it is dsn�erous for thoae avho are unable to
<br /> swin and for children to 1� on or near it ; henae. the par'ty af the second ps,rt, in entering
<br /> into this iea.se, a�sumes r�ll the risks, incident to the above, for i.tself, its members and all
<br /> individualg permitted on said ground through its rules and re�ulations.
