<br /> Brewer. who �ere brothers, and ti�,t they were the grantess named in a certain w�.rrant3� deed dated
<br /> June 27, 1881 and now on record in Book K, page 199 of the records of said Hall County� by which
<br /> they ac�uired title to above described real estate; he also knows that sai.d John Brewer sold and
<br /> conveyed his half interest th�xein to his brother� Leston M. Brewer, and if the name of ston Bd.
<br /> Brewer is given 3.n the deed recorded in Book 17, page 463 of said records, as Lester �. �3rewer, it
<br /> �as a clerical error of the parts� who drev� the deed, and was intended for and should have been
<br /> v��ritten Zeston M. Brewer. �ffiant further states that �e , as a Notary Public� took the acknowledg-
<br /> ment of said I,eston M.3re�ver to a warranty deed dated Feb. 2, 1892 and recorded in Book 23, page 191
<br /> of said records, in which he signed his name as "y.D�.Brewer", and he knows that said L.�[.Bre�rer
<br /> and I.eston �lt. Bxewer were one �.nd the sa.me person� and he beli¢ves that the name Lester abwe men-
<br /> t io�ed �vas meant for I,est on as he kno�re tha.t no person by the true na.me of Zeeter M. Brewer ever
