<br /> action, ha.d bAen duly notified of the filing and pendency of this action by personal sernice of

<br /> answer, �emur or otherwise piead to the plaintiff' s �etition and that by reason of such failure so

<br /> had no right, title, lien, or intere�t in, to, or against the sou�nerly thirty three (33) feet of
<br /> lot three (3) in block two (2) of Nagy ' s addition to the City of Gr�.n� Island. Hall County, Nebras-
<br /> ka, and that if the said Harry J. Coffin had a.ny lien or interest in the above described premises
<br /> t�e same h�.d beAn duly c�,.ncelled and his rights extinguished by raason of his default herein� and
<br /> the sa.me declared to be satisfied and of no further force ar.d effect upon said above described
<br /> premises.
