<br /> Two-fifths �f a11 small grain and corn raised, one-half of all fruit ra.ised and on�-third of all
<br /> potato�a. said grain, fruit and potatoes to b� delivered as direeted by the leaso�';` to any market
<br /> withir� a radius of seven miles from the above dsscribed farm. The iessee, or party of the seeond
<br /> parta. further agree8 to pay a cash r�ntal of �100.40, for the pasture land, said rental to be due

<br /> erected thereon during the cvntinuance of thi$ lease; that he xi11 promptly,.� at the expiration of

<br /> and will keep the cultivated lands on said premises f�ee from weeds and destroy all r►eeds along the

<br /> AND IT IS FURTHER AGR�FD by the party of the second part that he will �ot sub-let nQ$ in any m�nnei�•
<br /> release any part of the deecribed premises �ithout the consent of the party of the fir�t part.
<br /> 1�TD IT IS b'URTHER A(3RLED that the party of the first part and her �gents may go upon said premises
<br /> at any ti�e to inspect the same or to ma.ke improvements thereon and to plow fo� future eropa and to
<br /> so�v amall grain in corn and stubble ground in the fall befor� the expiration oP this lease. on part
<br /> by giving to t�e first party on d�r�and� a chattel mortgage upon all or any part of t he crops grow-
<br /> ing or gathered on said premises during said term. And if the ��id eecand party shall aeglect or
<br /> refinee to give such chattel mortgage upon demand, or if -- ahall at any time give or attempt to
<br /> giv� to any person or peraons a lien upon said crops or any part thereof, or violate any of the
<br /> conditions in this contract then t Mis �ease shall thereby terminate and in order t o enforce a for-
<br /> feiture for non-payment of rent, it sh�ll not be necessary to make a demand on the same day the rent
<br /> shall become due, and the said first party may at once recover pas$es$ion of $aid premises and all
<br /> crops the�eon and the said �econd �arty shall in tha,t event be held and considered to have plant�d
