<br /> otherwise, the title of the I,essor sriall cease bePore the exFiration of the term above provided,:.
<br /> i or if the leasin� of the above �escribed premises is held to be,• or sriould become, inconsistent
<br /> with the la.w of' the land, �his lease shall thereupon terminate. The Lessee sriall have the right to
<br />� cancel triis �ease at any time upon 30 d2�' written notice.
<br /> This lease ia to become null and void upon �hE failure of Lessee to keep any of the condi-
<br /> �ions hereof and .is not �o be assigned without the written consent of the Lessor. The Zessee will
<br /> surrender peaceable gossession of said premises a.t tYie ex�:�iration of this lease.
<br /> It is understoo� triat all covenants an�. a�reements herein recited are made by the parties
