<br /> uFon the outer boundary of Lessor� s 400 foot ri�ht of way, or as near tnereto as practicable, a

<br /> ' plant no trees or shrubbery, and to erect no structures thereon; t4 put nothin� upon the leased

<br /> porars,� or �ermanent possession of all or any portion of the lease� premises whenever their use may
<br /> bacome necessary or e�edient , in tne judgment of the Lessor, f'or railroad purposes, including the
<br /> location of public or private warehouses, elevators, or other industries with the desi�n to faeili-

<br /> Triis lease is sub�ect to all outstanding sugerior rights, inclucling those in fa,vor of tele-
<br /> gra�h an� teleghane com�anies and for gublic hi�nvray gurposes. If by reason of a line change, or
<br /> otherwise, th� tifile of t'rie I,essor shall cease before the expiration o� the term above provided,
<br /> or if t��1e leasin� of the above described premises is held to be or should become, inconsistent
<br /> with the law of the land, this lease sYiall thereupon terniinate. T�he Lessee sriall have the right
<br /> to cancel triis lease any any time upon 30 day�� written notice.
<br /> This lease is to become null and voir� u�on the failur� o�' Lessee to keep any of the condi-
<br /> tions hereof an� is not to b� assigned without tYie i�*ritten eonsent of the I,essor. The Lessee will
<br /> surrender peaceable posses�ion of said premises at the expiration of thi:s lease.
