<br /> ble, a fire�uard at least six Peet wi�e; to keep the ieased premises �'ree from combustible mater-
<br /> � ial; �o plant no trees or shrubbery,` and to erect no structures thereon; to put nothing upon the
<br /> leased premises which mi�rit obstruct or interfere with the view. Lessor reserves the righ� to take
<br /> temporary or permanent posses�ion oP all or any portion of the�].eased premises whenever their use
<br /> may become necessary or exgedient, in the �udgment of the Zessor, for railroad purposes, includin�
<br /> the location of public or private warehouses, elevators, or other industr3es with the design to
<br /> facilitate and promote traPfic.
<br /> This lease is �sub�ect to all outstanding superior ri�its, including those in favor oP tele-
<br /> graph and telephone companies and for �ublic highway �urposes. If by reason oP a line chan�e, or
<br /> otherwise, tr2e title of the Lessor shall cea�e berore trie expiration of the term above provided,
<br /> or if txie leasing of the above described �remises is held to be, or should become, ineonsistent
<br /> with the law of th�land, triis lea,se sYiall thereupon terrainate. The Zessee shall have the right to
