<br /> UNION PACiFIC RAILROAD CO�PANY hereby leases to J'ulia Kilkenny (an abuttir� land ow�r�er) ur

<br /> may become necessary or expedient, in the juclgment of the Lessor, for railroad gurposes, includ-

<br /> This lease is subject to all outstanding suFerior rights ineludin� those in favor oP t�le-
<br /> graFh and telephone eor�panies and for �ublic highway �urposes. If by reason of a line change, or
<br /> otherivise, the title oP the Zessor shall cea5e bePore the expiration oP the term above provided,
<br /> or if the le�,si31g of the above described premises is held to be, or should become, inconsistent
<br /> with the la��r of the land, tnfs lease shall thereupon terminate. The Lessee �hall have the rigrit
<br /> to cancel this lease at ar�y ti�e ugon 30 �ays� written notice. �
<br /> �'his lease is to become null and void upon trie �'ailure of Lessee t� ,keeg any of the condi-
<br /> tions hereof and is not to be assign.e� without the written consent oP the �,essor. The Lessee �rill
<br /> surrender peacelabe gossession oP said premises at the exFiration of this lease.
<br /> Tt is understood tnat all covenants and agreements herein recited are made by the �arties
<br /> hereto for, and shall '�e binding upon, themselves and their heirs, executors, administra�ors, suc-
