<br /> other��vise, the title of the Lessor shall cease before the exgiration of the term above Frovided,
<br /> or if t:�ie l�asin�, of the above described premises is held �o be, or sheuld become, inconsistent
<br /> with the law of the land,�his lease s'riall thereupon terminate. Tne Lessee sYiall have the right
<br /> to cancel �his lease at any tirne upon 30 �3ays � written notice.
<br /> This lease is to become null and void upon the failure of Lessee to keeg any of the condi-
<br /> tions her_ eof and is not ta be assigned wi�hout the written consent of the�,easor. The Lessee will
<br /> surrender peaceable possession of sai� premises at the expiration of triis lease.
