STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Document of Amendment is to modify the License Agreement to expand the public right-of-way area on which Licensee is authorized and allowed to use for the collection of subsurface environmental samples in accordance and compliance with a Consent Order issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Cleburn Street Well Superfund Site. Additional samples are allowed to be taken from public right- of-way of the property identified as follows, as shown on the attached map: •Lot Four (4), Block Fourteen (14), Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, l�all County, Nebraska •Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Thirteen (13), Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska •Lot Four (4), Block Twelve (12), Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska DATED:
