f � <br /> 9�- ��t3�zo <br /> 2) Six (6) months after the Decree is rendered, whichever <br /> occurs first . If the Decree becomes final and operative upon the <br /> date of death of one of the parties to the dissolution, the Decree <br /> - shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it <br /> was rendered. <br /> b. That the parties have stipulated in open court to the <br /> terms and conditions of a property settlement agreement entered <br /> into by and between the parties hereto, and the same should be, and <br /> hereby is, approved and incorporated into this Decree and the <br /> parties are ordered to perform and abide by said terms and <br /> conditions as follows, to-wit : <br /> 1) The Petitioner shall have the legal custody of the minor <br /> children of the parties, namely Keturah Adina Williams born July <br /> 29, 1977, Rutheah Almond Williams born August 8, 1983 , and Tabitha <br /> Ariel Williams born August 1, 1985, with the Respondent to have <br /> reasonable rights of visitation. <br /> 2) Each parent shall continue to have full and equal access <br /> to the education and medical records of his or her child unless the <br /> Court orders to the contrary. <br /> 3) Either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the <br /> health or safety of his or her child while the child is in the <br /> physical custody of such parent . <br /> 4) The Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner the sum of <br /> $800 . 00 per month as child support commencing March 1, 1995, with <br /> a like amount due and payable on the same day of each month <br /> thereafter until the oldest child reaches the age of 19 years at <br /> 3 <br />
