201200063 <br />V. the identity of the currently acting trustee of all of the <br />trusts arising by virtue of said TRUST AGREEMENT is: <br />LARRY G. MUSIL, DAVID A. MUSIL, <br />REX A. MUSIL and JOANN K. MUSIL, TRUSTEES <br />47715 280 Road <br />Ravenna, NE 68869; <br />VI. The powers of the currently acting trustees of all of the <br />trusts arising by virtue of said AGREEMENT are as follows: <br />"Until distribution of all Trust assets shall have been <br />�ade aad the Trustee discharged, the Trustee shall have <br />the following powers and discretions with respect to each <br />Trust arising hereunder: <br />A. The power to retain any property or undivided <br />interests in property received from Grantor or <br />Grantor's estate by the Trustee, AND REGARDLESS of <br />the degree of diversification, degree of risk or <br />degree of productivity of Trust investments in the <br />Trust portfolio resulting from such retention. <br />B. The power to invest and reinvest the Trust Estate <br />in any property or undivided interest in property <br />without being limited by any statute or rule of law <br />concerning investments by Trustees. <br />C. The power to receive additional property from any <br />source and add it to the Trust Estate. <br />D. The power to sell any Trust property for cash or on <br />credit, and to exchange any Trust property for <br />other property, and to engage in the development <br />thereof. <br />E. The power to borrow money for any purpose of the <br />Trust and to mortgage or pledge any Trust property <br />in connection therewith. <br />F. The power to employ attorneys, auditors, <br />depositories, proxies and agents and nominees, with <br />or without discretionary powers. <br />G. The power to delegate to one or more of the <br />Trustees the authority and duty: <br />l. to execute and deliver contracts, checks, <br />documents of title and other instruments; <br />2. to keep books of account; <br />3. to prepare, deliver and file reports and tax <br />returns; <br />4. to hold record ownership of and possession of <br />securities, bank accounts, and other Trust <br />property; <br />5. to perform other Trustee ministerial functions. <br />H. The power to make any distribution or division of <br />the Trust property in cash or in kind or both, and <br />to determine the value of such property. <br />I.
