<br />Representa.tives of the Estate of Luella Eldora Wortman, Deceased, Grantors, pursuant to the
<br />authority of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, pursuant to 30-2476 (23) of the Nebraska
<br />Probate Code, in considera.tion of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE
<br />CONSIDERATION, received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />DOROTHY A. WORTMAN, Grantee whether one or more, the following described real property:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Eleven (11), and Twelve (12) in Block Seven (7) Brett and
<br />Johnson's Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska known as 602
<br />East 12�' St., subject to the interest conveyed to the deceased's son, Ronald
<br />Wortman as described in Paragraph Second of the decedent's Codicil to her
<br />Last Will and Testament, and subject further to the provisions concerning
<br />the obligation of the said Ronald Wortman as described in said Paragraph.
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above-described real property and a11 tenements, hereditaments, and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantors hereby covenant that the real properiy herein described is free and clear of any lien or
<br />encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the estate of Luella Eldora Wortman,
<br />Deceased.
