Molzahn, an unmarried person, as Trustor on November 5, <br />2009, in whi;ch Mortgage Electronic Registration SystemB, Inc., was <br />named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on <br />November 6, 2009 at Instrument No. 200908885 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was <br />assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on August 9, 2011 by assignment <br />recorded on August 11, 2011 at Instrument No. 201105978 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they becam� due, cr (2) �ay t�xes. Y�u are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default.
