("Assignor") does hereby assign, <br />transfer and convey to DAVID A. PRESCOTT and NANCY A. PRESCOTT, as joint tenants <br />with rights of survivorship ("Assignees") all of Assignor's right, ritle and interest in and to that <br />certain Collateral Assignment of Lease dated August 1, 2011, executed by JOYCE E. <br />CANTRELL, as Assignor, in favor of LEBENSRAUM, INC., a Nebraska corporation, as <br />Assignee.
