Baack rN,�n�/ <br />PO Box 790 -'' �D <br />Grand Island NE 68802-0790 � i'� <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, EQUITABLE BANK, f/k/a Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand <br />Island, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated May 31, 2005, wherein CHRISTOPHER <br />DAVID NUNCIO, an Unmarried Person, and DAVID NUNCIO AND PATRICIA J NiJNCIO, <br />Husband and Wife, are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 1, 2005, as Instrument No. 200504950; and contains as <br />trust property the following-described real estate: <br />LOT TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE (273) IN WEST LAWN ADDITION <br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; <br />which is commonly known as 1316 North Broadwell Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as a11 replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Balloon Note secured by that <br />Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Balloon Note dated May 31, <br />2005, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BANK, f/k/a Equitable Federal <br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which <br />secures this obligation. <br />� <br />By: <br />Arend R.
