<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />SPOUSE, IS SIGNING TO ACKNOWLEDGE HER SPOUSAL INTEREST
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated APRIL 18, 2005 and recorded APRIL 25, 2005 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCUMENT #0200503695 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
<br />THE WESTERLY NINE (9) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8) AND ALL OF LOT NINE (9), BLOCK
<br />TEN (10), IN PARKHILL THIRD SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
