<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated the Deed of Trust dated February 26, 2010, executed by
<br />Teddy 0 Rookstool, not personally but as Trustee on behalf of Revocable Inter �vos Trust of Teddy 0.
<br />Rookstool, dated July 27, 2009, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />document number 0201001455 on the 5th day of March, 2010,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BICK'S INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO THE STATE OF NEBRASKA,
<br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANN DEED RECORDED AS
<br />INSTRUMENT #78-001325
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 26, 2010, recorded as
<br />Document #fl201001455 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of December, 2011.
