<br />A Single Person , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on December 1, 2008, as Instrument No. 0200809765, and Deed of �ru.st
<br />Sept 15, 1993 and Re December 13, 1993 as Docvment No. 93-110672.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed o1
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
